Ultimate Bonding Experience

I was up at about 5:15 am. Okay. I know it was too early for a no school Saturday but Yeah, I am up. Well, I stayed in bed for the next hour and got up at about 6:30, I think. By that time, I started to get ready for a busy day that lies ahead of me. This day, my group mates and I decided to do our TLE task. We are asked to make UBE JAM. And we succeeded. Yey! :D

The "Ultimate Bonding Experience" started right inside our home. My mom suddenly asked me several things about my boyfriend. I was in a horrendous shock to hear her say his name. This only means one thing. They accept the fact that I, their daughter, have him back as my boy. This was a really ultimate bond that evolved for us.

Next is when my Mom and I together with Rommel, my boyfriend, sat in one car. It was like seating in a court room. I was a little anxious because I'm afraid my Mom would ask him something clandestine, but fortunately, she was too busy listening to the radio. She gave us a ride to the market for us to buy the ingredients needed to make the jam. Then, set us off at our group's meeting place. And it ended the Mother-Boyfriend hassle I've been ignoring.

Our meeting place was at Tropical Hut, as usual. There, we waited for the rest of the group. While waiting, we had our breakfast and talked and talked and talked about so many things. We had fun, because they are good company. There present at Tropical was Justine, JC, Gero, Rommel and I. We waited for Chelsea for TWO HOURS. Ugh. She sure was a headache for everyone. Anyway, when we decided to go on without her, there she was running off the bus towards us.

On our way to Teresa, Jaka's crib, the bonding did not stop. The zigzag roads and noise made no hindrance to our talking. We continued our conversation until we realized we had to go down. Before we crossed the street, Gero stepped on Rommel's slippers and it got wrecked. Well, it was the only awful thing that had happened that day. Anyway, we met Jaka in front of their gate. Actually there was no gate, only an alletway that served as an entrance to their house.

The moment we got there, we immediately started with the Ube Jam making. I don't need to articulate how we made it anymore right? So, as I was saying. We made the Jam. While making it, the whole process, we had lots and lots of fun. Laughter here, jokes there. Everywhere was noise and smiles and giggles.

We ate our lunch there. It was different because we had to use our bare hands to eat. It was like a challenge for us, Rommel and I, since we both don't know how to eat without utensils. Eating in one plate made it even harder. We were not actually satisfied with what we had, but it doesn't make sense. The thing is, we had fun.

While waiting for the Jam to be cooked, we exchanged turns in stirring it. While others do what they are asked, others bonded more. Yeah, there was full of bonding there. That is why it's called UBE. We did not only made Ube Jam, we also made UBE, Ultimate Bonding Experience.

There were lots of happenings that occured this day, but those are left for us to be pondered together in another one of our bonding days.

This day was indeed a BLAST!! A great memory to keep for us, Seniors. :">
